"I composed this orchestral poem as a personal response to the commission, trying to convey the essence and grandeur of Taranto Cathedral. I immersed myself in the history and imagery of the cathedral to create a work that can be appreciated both in a concert setting and within its sacred environment. Each section of the composition reflects a different aspect of the cathedral, from its history to its spiritual atmosphere."
